All the products you see on the website are being sold in a lyophilized powder state (freeze-dried), in a sealed sterile vial; and should be reconstituted.

The product’s label clearly states the amount of product a vial contains; some products are offered in different variations.

The products we are selling come in a sealed vial but require additional lab equipment for proper testing. This equipment includes bacteriostatic water (for reconstitution), syringes and needles (to draw the product from the vial/apply bacteriostatic water), alcohol disinfection pads etc.

Though we make sure packaging, label, seals and writing does not differ from the product photos you see on our website, there is a chance for a minimal deviation.

BPC-157 is a compound fragment that’s 15 amino acids long, falling under the pentadecapeptide category. BPC-157 is derived from gastric juice and, as such, is much more stable and resilient to the destructive enzymes commonly found in gastric juice.

Research around BPC-157 has shown its cytoprotective properties, providing cell protection against gastric mucosal injury. Researchers believe this peptide may play a role in the brain-gut axis and may enable communication between our central nervous and endocrine systems.

BPC-157 consists of 15 amino acids (Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val) and demonstrates remarkable stability in human gastric juice. This unique sequence appears to be critical for its biological activity and stability, allowing it to remain active even under harsh conditions that would typically degrade peptides.

1. Wound Healing Mechanisms

Research indicates that BPC-157 exhibits significant effects on wound healing through multiple pathways:

  • Enhances fibroblast migration and proliferation
  • Accelerates the formation of collagen and extracellular matrix proteins
  • Demonstrates dose-dependent effects on cellular spread and proliferation
  • Promotes the healing of various tissue types, including muscle, tendon, and nerve tissue

2. Vascular Regeneration

Studies have shown notable angiogenic properties:

  • Stimulates formation of new blood vessels through VEGFR2 pathway activation
  • Promotes vascular “running” – the directed growth of vessels toward injured areas
  • Enhances collateral vessel formation in ischemic conditions
  • Demonstrates potential therapeutic implications for cardiovascular recovery

3. Tendon and Connective Tissue Repair

Research highlights specific benefits for connective tissue healing:

  • Increases density of fibroblasts in injured tendons and ligaments
  • Promotes F-actin formation in fibroblasts
  • Enhances phosphorylation of paxillin and FAK proteins
  • Demonstrates superior efficacy compared to bFGF, EGF, and VGF hormones

4. Antioxidant Properties

Studies indicate significant antioxidant capabilities:

  • Neutralizes oxidative stress markers including nitric oxide and MDA
  • Reduces production of reactive oxygen species
  • Shows particular effectiveness in gastrointestinal applications
  • Demonstrates potential for modified delivery systems using lactococcus lactis

5. Drug Interaction Studies

Research reveals potential protective effects against pharmaceutical side effects:

  • Mitigates NSAID-induced gastric lesions
  • Reduces negative effects of psychiatric medications
  • Shows protective properties against cardiac QTc prolongation
  • Demonstrates potential for improving therapeutic outcomes in various drug protocols
